How do I enroll my child to be able to participate in band and the 2013 Rose Bowl Trip
- Student Commitment Forms must returned by November 29 2011. Click on the link above to download the form
The estimated $2,500.00 per child cost is a lot of money. How are we going to raise the money.
- We will be requiring all members of the 2012-13 MHS Band to make deposits into their student accounts, $150.00 per month. The first payment is due January 10, 2012, with subsequent payments due on the 10th of each month.
- Fundraising. The Fundraising Committee, chaired by Frank Huy (fhuy@comcast.net), is in the process of organizing fundraising campaigns specifically to help reduce the cost per child for this trip. Keep checking this page for these opportunities.
What is the planned itinerary for the trip.
- Currently, the band will be leaving Thursday, December 27th, with staggered departures.
- The day to day itinerary is in the works and will be posted soon.
- The band will be returning to Morgantown (via Pittsburgh) late on January 2nd, early January 3rd.
